Wilfrido Menjivar

Wilfrido Menjivar was born on Christmas eve, December 24th 1930 in San Salvador, El Salvador to Salvador Menjivar and Emilia Alvarenga. He was the oldest of their six children. He moved to San Francisco, CA in July of 1963 to join his brother and sister, and the rest of the family eventually followed. He resided in San Francisco for the rest of his life, working for about 15 years in the Naval base in Treasure Island. In 1975 he married Elba Casasola Menjivar. He was a member of Church of the Highlands in San Bruno, CA.

He is survived by his brother, Salvador A. Menjivar, and his four sisters, Carmen L. Menjivar, Zoila C. Menjivar, Maria Morales and Blanca L. Menjivar. His family also includes 6 nephews and 4 nieces, and 6 grandnephews and 8 grandnieces.
His funeral services will on Friday, June 22nd at 7 p.m. and Saturday, June 23rd at 10 a.m. The burial service will be on Saturday, June 23rd at 11:30 a.m.
