A resident of San Francisco, Pedro Gonzalez was the third born of eight siblings. Born in Emiliano Martinez (Torres), located in the municipality of El Oro in the Mexican state of Durango.

Pedro passed away surrounded by his loving wife Consuelo and family. Cherished father of eight children: Angel, Jose Luis, Olga, Andres+, Maria Elena, Lourdes, Elvira and Pedro Jr. Survived by 19 loving grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Beloved brother to five sisters and two brothers.

Pedro came to the United Stated in his early 20s in search of a better life for himself his wife and children, and thus, future generations. Although his family couldn't join him at the time, he lived and sacrificed for them. Pedro provided for his family which he visited often and after many years of work, he was able to achieve the goal of reuniting with his family when they joined him in San Francisco.

We will cherish the great memories and we will miss his smile, his sense of humor and his wit. He was a cherished husband, a loving father, an affectionate grandfather, a brother and a caring uncle and friend to many of us who will carry him in our hearts.
